What does your Manduka help you #practice?: I turn my senses inwards, I tune out the noise. I allow myself to make my way towards balance, wholeness, strength and possibilities. Embracing the unknown with the knowledge that life doesn’t get in the way of life.
Yoga Style: Vinyasa Flow
Mercedes is a passionate Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor, though you may not know it given her impatience with long queues at the Whole Foods, disdain for tofu and devotion to lie-ins. Luckily her aim is authenticity and not perfection. A survivor of the exploding Los Angeles yoga scene, she is passionate about all things yoga, health and fitness. Mercedes now resides in London, England and is the Co-Founder of an award winning Health Retreat in the idyllic English countryside called Yeotown – the home of complete wellbeing.
