"All life is Yoga" - Using this adage as a guide for life, Jennifer Burgstett teaches yoga in Munich, Germany, where she is committed to raising awareness about the interconnectedness of life. As an avid practitioner of Vipassana Meditation, she creates a safe space to allow her students participate in the enrichment and inspiration she is experiencing in her own life through yoga and meditation.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science. She is an internationally and medically certified yoga teacher. Her style of teaching focuses on the awareness and connection of the breath with movement and combines meditative elements of Vini Yoga with dynamic and floating sequences of Vinyasa Yoga.
Jennifer has been on television, published her own Yoga CD and contributed to several Yoga books. She is the founder of Jaya-Yoga and hemma-Yoga in Munich.
