Like most, I stumbled into yoga trying to find a cure for a childhood back injury. It wasn’t long before I realized that the practice of yoga wasn’t just about a healthy body. I quickly figured out that yoga helped steady my mind and gave me the type of clarity that nothing else could. Now, yoga gives me the peace and patience to raise a beautiful baby yogi that will one day change the world.
