This quote encapsulates my belief system as I enter life on and off the mat every single day! I am a twenty-something yoga teacher from the South that feels so blessed to be able to effectively share yoga with others. I aim to infuse people with passion, love, joy, patience, kindness, self-control, humor, hope, and humility on an ego-less mat. If I can plant a seed of growth in someone that inspires, then my mission is complete. I also live for the art of jetsetting, cooking healthy meals that make you salivate, wine, self-help, my shorkie-dog (Miss Mayurasana), and having impromptu dance parties with my outrageous family.
