She works as a sex therapist and a couples therapist, and everything she works with, is pure love to body and soul.
Freya teaches MOJO yoga, a Swedish concept where strength, flexibility and balance are the key words. And it's Tough Love! Her approach is powerful, which is also seen in her Zumba and Afropowerdance classes.
Her goal in life is to make a difference – and to help others to live their dreams.
