I started yoga a few years ago, and it helped me greatly in coping with daily stress. It allowed me to relax and take a step back and BREATHE. It cleared my mind. I was immediately drawn to the practice of the Ashtanga yoga, the given set of poses has allowed me to journey through them and enjoy every moment.
