Originally from Byron Bay,Australia, Delamay's intention is to create a safe space for personalempowerment that allows you to embody the true essence of your natural self.
Experiencing Yoga from an early age at school and moving on to study dance, whichincluded ISHTA Yoga, it was clear the two were inseparable from Delamay’s life.
She has travelled far and wide sharing her passion of freeform ecstatic danceand Yoga in many countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Puerto Rico,Turkey and England. In 2007 she graduated from the Unity Yoga teacher training andis now working towards her 500hour certification in Prana Flow with Shiva Rea.Delamay is honoured to assist Shiva and the Prana Flow tribe during retreatsand teacher trainings worldwide.
