Brett Milliner has been practicing yoga since meeting Oliver Reinsch in 2000. What started as a way to maintain peak physical condition for surfing, yoga soon became an integral part of his daily routine. Brett has since travelled around the world studying a variety of yoga styles including a 200 hour training under the guidance of Kevin Durkin. Brett also continues to be mentored by his good friend Oliver Reinsch.
Residing in Kochi Japan, Brett teaches physical vinyasa and classes for senior citizens. Brett is also responsible for a variety of community service activities through Tosa Yoga which include, tree planting, river and beach cleans, youth at risk education and miscellaneous fund raising.
Fluent in Japanese, Brett has reduced his teaching load to focus on completing a Master of Applied Linguistics in early 2011.
