Mic Ja is the founder and creator of Ja Yoga. Mic Ja opened Ja Yoga in March of 2008. He embarked on a personal journey in 1996 as a college student searching for a purpose. His natural instincts lead him to the path of Yoga. Over the years he has refined his practice, research and knowledge of what is now called "Ja Yoga". Mic Ja is a certified 500 level Yoga Alliance Teacher. His focus is on guiding students through natural Yoga flows and infusing many other modalities such as ecstatic dance and Shamanism. Deepening the Yoga on a one on one level, he is also certified as a Thai Yoga Therapist and a Reiki Master. Mic Ja invites you to experience serenity in deep movement using ones full state of consciousness.
