From The Heart
Living out of my luggage in my 3rd year as a spiritual nomad on Tour, I am super selective with minimizing what I carry to the bare essentials. My green eKO SuperLite Travel Mat is not just carry-on, it's "carry everywhere!"

Why Manduka?: On my Manduka my life slows down to the perfect speed.
What does your Manduka help you #practice?: My Manduka helps me find that place where; I don't have to be better, responsible, or accountable for anyone except myself. It's just me, my mat, and everything is as it should be!
Yoga Style: Vinyasa Flow

Description/Bio
Julie Hardegree sees yoga as santi —to feel the bliss, to find the light. You walk out of class feeling better than when you came in.
After devoting four years to her own personal practice, Julie took yoga to the next level--teaching. She trained at North Shore Yoga in 2007 under Sharyn Galindo.
Julie teaches a strong vinyasa flow class that is physically and mentally challenging. She helps students learn that a true advanced practice is to know when effort is needed and when you need to just surrender into your practice.
You can find her teaching at the Northbrook YMCA, Five Seasons Sports Club, and in her home studio.
