My reasoning for taking yoga was to heal from the inside out. I knew if I did not forgive myself and others that I would break down physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. So I was taking yoga 2 times a week to start. I joined a yoga studio in Texas, Divine Yoga Center and was taking 5 classes a week. I became certified through Purple Lotus Yoga Teacher Training, Maggie Metzinger by June 2008.
