Jana fell in love with yoga the moment she tried it. She has been studying yoga for 7 years and teaching for 5 years. Jana loves to learn about and work with the body. She recently received her license in Massage Therapy, and she is looking forward to integrating massage into her teaching. Jana teaches a variety of classes. She feels that through practicing yoga and practicing awareness of the world around you, one can truly enrich their life. In each class, Jana emphasizes taking time to tap into your inner strength and inner beauty allowing your joy and light to shine through.
