Working as a model, musician and djing more than 14 years! In 1999, she knew about sun salutation. Later she found Ashtanga yoga and started daily practice. She was inspired to deepen her understanding, and took many workshops and trainings. Now she teaches Flow Style Vinyasa , Hatha , Prenatal ,Yogic Arts in Fukuoka. She also does yoga model in magazines. In her workshop she experiments the collaboration of yoga and sound, with live music by DJs and musicians.
